Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat

Come and escape to Chateau this September in support of your better Wellbeing – Sat 3 – Sat 10 September 2022. Join award-winning Yoga teachers and Wellbeing advocates, Donna Noble and Lindsey Porter, who we are delighted to welcome for the first time to deliver a Yoga and Wellbeing week long retreat, visiting from the UK, instruction in English. You will be invited to immerse yourself in wellbeing practices including; various styles of yoga sessions all with variations to support accessibility and inclusivity in the practices, meditations, mindfulness, working with sound and relaxation as well as enjoying the zen garden, heated swimming pool and more. A bit more about your hosts: Donna Noble is a trailblazer in bringing awareness and changes in body positivity and diversity and inclusion into yoga practices and her new book ‘Teaching Body Positivity Yoga’ is being released this summer. Lindsey Porter is known for her passion in promoting yoga as benefitting all minds and bodies, and has taken this topic into Scottish Parliament. The Bitch in The House

We are thrilled to welcome New York Times bestselling author Cathi Hanauer at Chateau De Bardouly for a five day intensive memoir writing workshop in the beautiful setting of the Bordeaux region of France. The writing workshop will help you focus and develop your ideas or edit what you have already been working on. You can write all day and night, do morning or evening yoga, eat delicious farm to table food prepared by a local chef, take walks by the Dordogne river contemplating your writing along the way.
